This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-focused Estimator to play a key role in securing and supporting a strong pipeline of work. Tasks & Responsibilities: Prepare accurate cost estimates and quotations for commercial and residential painting projects Interpret architectural plans, specifications, and tender documents Liaise with builders, project managers, and clients to scope and confirm project requirements Source supplier and subcontractor pricing and ensure competitive rates Track project costings and assist in tender submissions and budgeting Work closely with the delivery team to support smooth handover and project setup Skills & experience: Minimum 5years' experience in an Estimator role Experience within plastering essential - similar trades may be considered Ability to read and interpret drawings, take-offs, and scopes of work Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite Construction Management degree, highly regarded.
