Cecure is seeking a highly capable Site Manager to lead on-the-ground construction delivery - across fire compliance upgrades, façade repairs, water ingress fixes, and more. About the Role As Site Manager at Cecure, you’ll oversee live sites across multiple projects - ensuring safe, high-quality delivery in line with program, budget, and compliance standards. Working closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, consultants, and strata clients, you’ll be the driving force on-site - leading daily coordination, safety, scheduling, and reporting. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on detail, stakeholder engagement, and delivering great outcomes in challenging, live environments. Key Responsibilities Lead daily site operations and subcontractor coordination Maintain WHS standards and conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety audits Manage program scheduling, daily targets, and short-term lookaheads Monitor site quality, compliance, and contract specifications Coordinate trades, deliveries, inspections, and defects close-out Work closely with PMs on claims, variations, and progress reporting Represent Cecure with clients, consultants, and building stakeholders What You’ll Bring 5 years' experience as a Site Manager in residential or commercial construction Solid understanding of Class 2 building practices, D&C delivery, and live-site coordination Experience with remediation, upgrades, or complex retrofit projects is highly regarded Excellent communication, time management, and stakeholder coordination skills Proficient with Microsoft Project, Loop, SharePoint, or similar site management platforms White Card and relevant construction tickets Why Join Cecure?
