Processing Officer This is an initial 3-month contract with the possibility of extensions. The role is based in Parramatta Square and is 5 days a week in the office (Monday to Friday). About the Role As a Processing Officer, you will undertake a range of customer-focused administrative transactions to support the integrity of official records and identity verification processes. This includes: Administering restrictions and updates to customer records Validating proof of identity (POI) documents for a variety of services Supporting victims of identity fraud through secure customer record creation Managing changes to customer details Assessing non-standard POI documents with accuracy and care You’ll be part of a high-performing team working in a fast-paced, structured environment where attention to detail and service excellence are key.
