We define, develop, enhance, and support business systems to enable effective and efficient regulation of aged care services across all Commission functions. About the Role The Pega System Architect is responsible for assisting with the building and maintaining Pega applications, including level 3 troubleshooting of applications, focusing on technical implementation and ensuring solutions meet business requirements. The key duties of the position include Position Duties Assist with the building and maintaining of Pega applications according to specifications Level 3 technical support of Pega built applications and implement fixes Modify workflows, data models, and user interfaces Design and execute test cases to validate functionality Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing Document technical designs and implementation approaches Work closely with Business Architects to understand requirements Work closely with key stakeholders to address technical issues
