We’re looking for multiple Senior Analytics Engineers who thrives on building scalable, high-quality data infrastructure. This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on dbt development , data modelling, and pipeline optimisation — all in service of delivering reliable and actionable outcomes to our stakeholders. What you’ll do Own & optimise dbt models – design, develop, and maintain clean, scalable, and documented transformations. Build high-performance data pipelines using modern ELT tools to handle complex healthcare datasets. Design scalable data infrastructure in collaboration with Analytics Engineering and Data teams. Work cross-functionally with Product, BI, and other teams to ensure analytics solutions meet business needs. Enforce data quality & governance through testing, documentation, and best practices. Optimise our BI platform (Looker, Tableau) for performance, scalability, and user adoption. Troubleshoot & improve — proactively identify data issues, optimise queries, and refine workflows.
