Job Description Montu is looking for a Senior Product Manager to shape the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a key value stream in our virtual healthcare ecosystem. You’ll turn insights into impactful products, guiding initiatives from discovery through delivery, and ensuring they meet both business goals and patient needs. Some of what you’ll be doing: Define and deliver the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for one or more value streams. Use research, data, and market insights to identify and prioritise opportunities. Lead discovery work — from defining problems to prototyping and testing solutions. Work closely with engineering, design, analytics, marketing, and delivery teams to launch and iterate products. Champion user experience, supported by research and usability testing. Measure product performance, validate hypotheses, and continuously improve. Build strong stakeholder relationships and influence priorities to align with strategic goals.
