About the Opportunity Working as part of the People and Culture team and reporting to the Human Resources Business Partner, you will support the delivery of effective Human Resources services and frameworks for the organisation. Specific areas of focus will include recruitment, advertising, contracts administration, onboarding activities and general HR administration. About You You will have an: interest in developing skills, knowledge and working within the field of Human Resources as part of the People and Culture team at Vinnies; capacity to understand and gain knowledge of the Australian industrial relations landscape along with contemporary employment frameworks, policy and procedure application; proven ability to work autonomously and/or collaboratively ensuring delivery on commitments within a fast-paced HR admin/contracts generation environment; a high attention to detail and be committed to achieving operational excellence through the delivery of quality people outcomes, actively contributing to process improvement.
