Centre Manager - Retail Portfolio My client is seeking an experienced Centre Manager to oversee a retail portfolio comprising two large format shopping centres. This role offers a collaborative environment with a dedicated onsite team, including administration, facilities, and marketing support. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering efficient and cost-effective management of the centres Protecting and positioning the investment performance of the property asset within its competitive market Managing tenancy and lease administration, including compliance and rent reviews in line with lease provisions Leading the onsite team across Facilities Management, Marketing, and Administration Implementing policies and procedures aligned to owner objectives, investment strategies, and occupier requirements Preparing and managing cash flow budgets, with analysis and forecasting of retail performance Conducting regular site visits and providing performance updates to the client What you'll bring to the role: Previous Centre Management experience within a retail environment Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once A proactive, adaptable approach to change Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations Excellent communication skills with a professional and solutions-focused mindset Current driver's license, access to a vehicle, and a Real Estate License Why join this team?
