We are now inviting applications for the role of Digital Director - Performance Integration with our team in Sydney . The role: As the Digital Director - Performance Integration , you will ensure seamless coordination across performance media channels, aligning with strategic objectives. This role involves driving cross-channel strategy, optimizing campaign performance, and fostering collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. You will work closely with market teams, channel leads, and global partners to enhance media execution and strategy. Core responsibilities: Lead cross-channel performance media strategy, ensuring alignment with global communication models and planning principles. Serve as the senior cross-channel contact for the Cluster Client, managing key client relationships within the performance hub. Coordinate media execution across channels, ensuring integration and consistency. Collaborate with client stakeholders to ensure alignment with scope of work (SOW) and service level agreements (SLAs), managing conversations and workloads effectively. Ensure campaign briefs are aligned with channel requirements. Manage overall workload across performance channels, prioritizing tasks efficiently. About you: Proven ability to lead integrated responses to briefs, incorporating local insights and market learnings. Experience in developing and managing testing roadmaps for local and global initiatives. Strong collaborative skills to align strategic direction with business challenges and vision. Proactive in suggesting innovation opportunities and sharing market knowledge. Experience in ensuring SLAs are met and acting as an escalation point for performance issues.
