Robert Half is currently working with a well-regarded NFP close to Perth CBD who are seeking a Finance Analyst. You'll play a critical role in supporting the organization's financial and operational objectives through analytics, planning, and reporting. You'll be collaborating with leadership to enhance decision-making and deliver data-driven insights to maintain our leadership position. Key Responsibilities: Conduct financial analysis on income, expenditures, and price performance within the industry. Prepare reports and present data, including variance analysis, forecasts, and pricing updates, to senior executives. Develop financial models to identify cost-saving opportunities and promote revenue growth. Aid in the preparation of annual budgets and assist with month-end accounts. Lead process improvement initiatives by reviewing internal workflows to mitigate risks and optimize resources. Support and train team members while fostering a positive, high-performing workplace culture. Build strong internal and external relationships to promote the organization as a thought leader. Comply with grant reporting, Workplace Health & Safety Acts, and accreditation requirements. About You: Bachelor's degree in accounting (CPA or CA commenced or completed). Experience in financial analysis and reporting. Exceptional analytical and advanced Excel skills.
