General Manager The Role We’re searching for a confident and capable General Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of one of Sydney’s busiest and most multi-dimensional venues. This is a big operation with a loyal following, high foot traffic, multiple service areas, and a strong focus on compliance, community, and customer experience. You’ll oversee a large team across both FOH and BOH, supported by multiple department leads and a Head Chef. This role requires a hands-on leader who’s equally strong with people and performance.
