Our client, a Christian higher education provider, is seeking a Campus Coordinator to help ensure their campus is safe, well-presented, and welcoming. This is a varied and hands-on role where you’ll support day-to-day operations, work closely with staff and contractors, and play an important part in the life of the campus community. This is a full time, permanent role based in Northern Sydney with great transport links. The role is working within a values led culture with opportunity to grow and develop. The salary they are offering is $70,000 - $75,000 with excellent benefits. The role includes: Coordinating daily campus maintenance and cleanliness. Acting as the first point of contact for contractors. Managing supplies, including stationery and kitchen stock. Supporting classroom set-up and readiness for daily activities. Assisting with the preparation and pack-down of events. Logging and prioritising maintenance requests. Conducting regular inspections to identify safety or maintenance issues. Contributing to improvements in facilities and processes. The ideal candidate: Comfortable working in a Christian faith-based environment Experience in a hands-on reception/ facilities role. Organised and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills. Clear communicator, comfortable working with staff, students, and contractors. Practical problem-solver with a strong focus on safety and presentation. What’s in it for you?
