What you’ll do Coordinate service schedules, making sure every machine is booked, tracked, and delivered back to customers on time Keep records accurate and up to date, from service logs to parts ordering and warranty claims Be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth communication between them and the workshop team Support the service manager and technicians, making sure the whole department runs like clockwork What you’ll need Previous experience in service administration, workshop coordination, or a similar support role A knack for organisation and juggling competing priorities without dropping the ball Strong communication skills, as you’ll be working with customers, suppliers, and the service team daily Attention to detail, ensuring systems, safety, and paperwork are always spot-on About the company A family-run equipment hire business with a loyal customer base built on trust and great service.
