We are seeking a skilled and motivated Chef to join our professional team. Position Overview: As a Chef at CBA Townhall, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality meals, supporting smooth kitchen operations, and contributing to an excellent dining experience. You will work closely with the Head Chef and broader culinary team to deliver consistent, innovative, and well-executed menus. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Prepare and cook dishes to a consistently high standard in line with venue and client expectations. Support menu execution, including daily offerings, events, and corporate functions. Ensure high standards of presentation, taste, and portion control are maintained. Assist with stock control, ordering, and waste minimisation. Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health & safety regulations. Collaborate with the Head Chef and team to deliver seamless service during busy periods. Provide guidance and support to junior kitchen staff when required. Skills & Experience: Proven experience as a Chef in a high-volume or premium dining environment. Solid technical cooking skills and knowledge of contemporary culinary trends. Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining consistency and quality. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Attention to detail and commitment to food safety practices.
