This role has a strong focus on administration, compliance, data management, and employee support . The position is particularly important in supporting overseas workers, ensuring smooth HR operations, accurate record-keeping, and clear communication of relevant employment laws and regulations. The successful candidate will also play a key role in communicating work-related matters and non-work-related matters. Maintain worker profiles and HR records in the HRIS system. Manage termination processes and document workplace incidents. Oversee WorkCover and workplace injury claims, liaising with insurers. Ensure compliance with PALM Deed requirements and employment legislation. Support managers in employee relations and grievance procedures. Contribute to HR process improvements and efficiency. Promote safe work practices in line with OHS policies. What We're Looking For HR qualifications (or related field). Strong proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. High attention to detail, strong organisation, and ability to manage competing priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Professionalism and discretion with confidential matters.
