Description As a Senior People & Capability Partner, you’ll be a trusted advisor to leaders across TIO, helping shape everything from talent acquisition and performance development to wellbeing, diversity, and workplace relations. You’ll lead initiatives that prioritise psychological safety, employee care, and inclusive growth, ensuring our people practices are not just compliant, but compassionate, future-ready, and wellbeing-centred. What You Will Be Doing Partnering with leaders to deliver smart, people-first and wellbeing-focused solutions Leading initiatives in diversity, inclusion, wellbeing, and capability development Supporting performance development and workplace investigations with empathy, fairness, and psychological safety Driving talent acquisition and total rewards strategies that reflect our commitment to wellbeing and equity Contributing to industrial relationships with a collaborative and respectful approach Designing and optimising employee lifecycle processes and SAAS systems with wellbeing, capability development, and feedback touchpoints Delivering strategic reporting to inform executive decision-making Skills And Experiences What You Bring HR qualifications and deep generalist experience across the employee lifecycle Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation Experience with SAAS platforms and hybrid work environments Confidence in coaching, influencing, and communicating with clarity and care A knack for navigating ambiguity and building trust A passion for creating workplaces where people feel safe, supported, and empowered Unwavering focus on continuous improvement and service delivery to stakeholders.
