ABOUT THE ROLE As a Mortgage Underwriter in the Specialist Lending team, you’ll be at the forefront of assessing and approving complex mortgage applications, ensuring compliance while balancing commercial outcomes. Collaborating with key stakeholders across lending, sales, and product teams, you’ll help shape product innovation and deliver exceptional service to mortgage managers and introducers. Your expertise will directly influence customer satisfaction, brand loyalty, and business growth.
