Working as part of our Pricing and Value Management team, you’ll dive into complex datasets and actuarial models to generate insights that inform robust pricing decisions and commercial strategies. If you’re someone who has a mathematical or actuarial background, and thrives in a technical, forward-thinking environment, we’d love to hear from you In this role you will: Execute regular pricing experience analysis and assist with the development of pricing assumptions for TAL’s Individual Life portfolio. Maintain, develop and enhance pricing databases and experience analysis calculations to improve efficiency and accuracy. Perform investigations to provide actionable insights for new product development and existing product reviews. Support pricing decisions by sourcing and analysing key policy, claims, and underwriting data. Promote continuous improvement in data collection to improve monitoring and insight, including management of reinsurance partnerships.
