CTP claims. Industrial common law negligence/liability. The ideal candidate: Associate and Senior Associate 2–10 years' PQE in personal injury, workers comp, CTP or general insurance litigation (defendant experience preferred). Strong technical and drafting skills. Client-focused approach and strong communication skills. A collaborative mindset and desire to be part of a growing, supportive team.
