The Role As the sole BDM, you’ll drive growth through meaningful connections with architects, real estate agents, developers, and high-net-worth clients. This is a relationship-focused sales role where you’ll be empowered to operate with autonomy, backed by a premium product and a collaborative internal team. Key Responsibilities: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities Build long-term relationships with real estate agents, developers, and architects Represent the company at networking and industry events Nurture and convert cold, warm and lost leads into sales-ready opportunities Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits along with technical Collaborate closely with marketing to refine messaging and campaigns Manage the full sales pipeline using CRM tools Why You Want To Work Here?
