Asahi Beverages is seeking a dynamic Customer Success Specialist to join our Inside Sales team managing the Retail & On Premise (Pubs, Clubs, Bars etc) channels. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and growing distributions, selling innovative initiatives whilst also partnering with our Field Sales team & Key Account Sales teams to execute our campaigns across the country. Not only does Inside Sales have an upbeat team environment; you will be supported by the latest Sales enablement technology selling the BIGGEST alcohol Brands in Australia which include Great Northern, Corona, Carlton Draught, Victoria Bitter, Pure Blonde, Hard Rated, Somersby, Vodka Cruiser and Woodstock Key Responsibilities: Drive growth in our Inside Sales Universe. Promote new product development initiatives to your Inside Sales Universe and support field teams with gap closing initiatives. Acquire new accounts and contribute to the growth of our Beyond Beer taps universe. Your Impactful Contribution: Manage customer relationships through monthly Journey Plans. Understand customer needs, journey, size, and potential to effectively manage your call plan. Meet individual and team revenue and distribution targets. Contribute to change initiatives and continuous improvement efforts. Use sales tools and techniques to increase sales capability. About You: You are ambitious, curious, and seeking a rewarding career that challenges you. You bring previous experience in an outbound sales role with a natural persuasiveness and selling ability.
