As an Assistant Director/Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering major technology initiatives within the Group, including supporting the SchoolsHUB platform and the development of the Education Funding System (EFS)-a new end-to-end system set to fully replace SchoolsHUB by 1 January 2027. These platforms support the administration of approximately $31.1 billion in annual payments to schools, with IT services provided by the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations (DEWR). In this role, you will support the Director in managing the annual SchoolsHUB IT platform project in alignment with the department's project management framework. You will also help coordinate EFS project interactions with business stakeholders across the division and lead the delivery of the Framework for Open Learning Program (FOLP) grant via the Community Grants Hub, in partnership with the National Schools Interoperability Program and Education Services Australia. As part of a service delivery section, you will contribute to the preparation of key documents and support procurement activities for the branch and wider division.
