As a result, we are seeking a consultative HR Partner to support key clients and leaders within the universities central portfolios. As a trusted advisor, you will provide strategic advice and direction, translate strategy into operational goals and shape how Human Resources (HR) services are provided to clients. Developing a robust understanding of your client's business, you will effectively address their HR needs and requirements. Your key responsibilities will be to provide comprehensive advice based on a thorough understanding of the client group dynamics, addressing essential people management needs and challenges drive the evolution and alignment of HR policies and practices, ensuring both current and emerging practices effectively support the client portfolio's strategic direction lead holistic HR projects and initiatives, leveraging best practice systems and approaches to deliver tailored, integrated solutions that achieve desired business outcomes liaise with cross-functional teams, senior management, and key stakeholders, championing stakeholder engagement strategies to drive collaborative initiatives and uphold the work areas objectives provide subject matter-specific data analysis, insights, and reports in relation to the delivery of HR projects and solutions.
