THE ROLE Reporting directly to the CEO and as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will inspire and guide a high-performing, multidisciplinary team of P&C professionals across the full P&C remit. With a focus on fostering an inclusive culture and influencing and creating positive change, you will: Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, Board and Executive team on workforce planning, organisational design and risk. Lead the design and execution of an innovative People & Culture strategy that supports transformation, growth, and workforce optimisation through innovative and impactful talent acquisition approaches Build leadership capability and organisational capacity through targeted development programs, succession planning, and talent initiatives. Drive culture uplift, engagement and inclusion programs that reflect RSLLC values and ensure their people can thrive. Oversee P&C operations, industrial relations, remuneration and benefits, compliance, and the continued enhancement of Workday and other systems. Develop P&C metrics, scorecards and dashboards for meaningful insight and strategy development. THE CANDIDATE We are seeking an inspirational and commercially astute Executive P&C leader who brings: Extensive executive-level experience leading large, multi-disciplinary P&C teams within complex, service-based organisations. Exceptional stakeholder influence and relationship skills, coupled with high emotional intelligence, empathy and integrity. A track record of success in the design, development and delivery of learning and organisational development initiatives to enhance capability and development. Experience with supporting board and operational board sub committees Deep expertise in workforce planning, talent acquisition, culture development, employee relations and organisational transformation. Organisational design, restructuring and change management experience. High level negotiation, influencing and conflict resolution skills. Demonstrated ability to make decisions which balance commercial outcomes with customer experience. Strong commercial and analytical acumen, with the ability to translate workforce data into actionable strategies. Why Join RSL LifeCare?
