About the role Assist with data entry to JH clinical system PAS, JHeHS and Chime in a timely manner. Ensure the patient’s right to privacy and confidentiality is always maintained. Participate in ongoing Data audits as directed by the Senior Data & Reporting Manager. Use computer systems (including PAS and JHeHS) to locate required health information. Update information and systems according to procedure to maintain accurate information. Undertake mark back and sort all records returned to HIS to ensure appropriate allocation and dispersal within the department of complete and incomplete records. Maintain ROI database and follow up on return of information request. Provide help and admin support to Nursing staff as requested by the Senior Data & Reporting Manager File medical records and loose paperwork according to the MRN in terminal digit order. About you Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet, and database software, including Microsoft Office Ability to work in a high-pressure, high-volume environment, both independently and as part of a team Proven ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks, with exceptional attention to detail Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse client needs Availability to work weekends when required Why work at St Vincent’s?
