About the role This is a great opportunity to extend your people and culture (P&C) experience working in a dynamic and progressive team. Reporting to the Director of People, Culture & Workplace, you will manage some of our key Programs and coordinate a range of activities within the P&C team. Duties Prepare contracts and a range of contract variation letters and distribute via DocuSign Maintain P&C data records and prepare regular reports, including the monthly dashboard. Daily administrative tasks such as responding to emails in the P&C inbox, maintaining P&C content on the intranet, drafting correspondence on various P&C related matters and other support activities within the P&C team. Coordinate the annual Performance, Coaching & Development cycle and specifically the configuration of the ELMO system Coordinate the Engagement Surveys including setting up the Culture Amp platform Coordinate the Parental Leave Program and Recognition Program including managing the nomination process and organising the letters & vouchers As the Return-to-Work Coordinator, coordinate the plans and act as the key contact for all Workers Compensation claims Skills and experience Tertiary qualifications in HR with professional affiliations desirable (e.g. AHRI) Previous experience in a Coordinator or Administrator role General interest and passion for People & Culture / HR Strong communication skills and confidence in building relationships Strong MS Office skills A proactive, ‘can do’ attitude Strong problem solving skills Are Media is a proud member of Media Diversity Australia, a not-for-profit organisation working towards a media landscape that looks and sounds like Australia.
