The Opportunity Whether your background is in financial accounting, audit, business services or financial systems, this could be the next step you’ve been looking for. You’ll work closely with government clients to improve how funding is managed, and decisions are made. You’ll gain exposure to a wide variety of projects, from three-month reviews to multi-year transformations, and have the chance to rotate between engagements to broaden your skills. The Role You will have the opportunity to work with a range of government clients, supporting high-impact projects across financial management and transformation. Some of your key responsibilities will include: Advising on budgeting, financial reporting, accounting controls and issue remediation Supporting cost modelling, forecasting, business case evaluation and funding sustainability reviews Improving finance and corporate functions through process redesign, automation and digitisation Contributing to ERP and transformation programs, including operating model design and cloud transition support Building strong, trusted relationships with clients by delivering timely insights and identifying opportunities to add value The Ideal Person You’re a purpose-driven finance professional who thrives in a collaborative team and is motivated by work that delivers real impact in the public sector.
