Job Description Reporting to the Senior Data & Insights Manager, as our Salesforce Administrator, you'll be a trusted advisor and main point of contact for all things GTM and Salesforce, fostering a culture of operational excellence. Here's a snapshot of your core responsibilities day to day: Maintain our salesforce.com reporting suite for Sales and Customer Success (CS). Be one of the key Administrators of Salesforce working closely with Finance, Sales, CS and Marketing. Maintain the GTM technology stack, including, ZoomInfo, Account Engagement, Sales Engagement, PandaDoc, conversation intelligence software and more. Build, maintain and modify custom Salesforce Objects and workflows in line with business needs Develop, build and enhance Salesforce Flows & Automations to reduce manual work and increase speed to market Document Salesforce automation and processes Help define and track KPIs across the customer lifecycle to improve decision-making Scale our GTM teams by delivering on-demand analytics and situational intelligence across the company. Data hygiene and enrichment: Ensure clean, accurate, and actionable data for GTM teams. Evaluate, implement and optimise revenue technology tools to ensure scalability and interoperability Corporate and departmental reporting: Deliver reliable data and dashboards to support decision-making and forecasting across the company. Collaborate with GTM teams: Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to execute key operational initiatives, such as: Work alongside Finance to provide accurate corporate reporting and data-driven insights for strategic initiatives. Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness in revenue operations. Leverage AI tools to automate repetitive tasks, analyse large datasets and surface actionable insights Champion change management across the GTM team to support process improvements Trend and conversion analysis
