About the opportunity This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to take ownership of the entire dental equipment sales process across a market-leading portfolio. You will drive revenue, manage budgets, and lead a high-performing team across Australia and New Zealand. Responsibilities Own the end-to-end equipment sales process, achieving sales results in line with strategic objectives. Hold budget and EBIT accountability, while implementing effective sales and marketing plans. Lead and manage a national dental sales team, with a mixture of direct and indirect reports. Analyse market trends, sales results, competitor activity, and promotional initiatives to drive growth. Support forecasting, database segmentation, exhibitions, and trade show activities to maximise market impact. Skills and Experience 3 years’ experience in a sales management role, with proven success in meeting and exceeding team sales targets. Dental sector experience is highly preferred, but Medical Device sales leadership will also be considered. Natural leadership skills with a “can do” attitude.
