The Role You’ll be across everything, from managing a busy inbox and coordinating high-level meetings, to keeping tabs on multiple projects, property matters and key stakeholders. You’ll travel-plan, event-manage, problem-solve and anticipate needs before they arise. It’s about making things happen and keeping the wheels turning, so this leader can focus on what they do best. Key Responsibilities Manage inbox, calls & schedule for a fast-moving executive Coordinate meetings & liaise with senior stakeholders, investors & partners Track progress on multiple projects, particularly across property & building Oversee electronic file management for business & personal matters Coordinate domestic & international travel Organise events & oversee property maintenance needs Assist with expenditure reconciliation & ad hoc requests About You Over the course of your career you’ve supported entrepreneurs or senior executives and understand the pace, variety and discretion required. You’re proactive, resourceful, tech-savvy and confident in making decisions. Most importantly, you’re loyal, dependable and thrive in a role where trust is key.
