The Role You’ll be the CEO’s right-hand partner, ensuring the smooth running of the office and managing a wide range of responsibilities with professionalism and discretion. Key Responsibilities: Complex diary and inbox management for the Group CEO; Preparation and coordination of board papers via electronic board portals; Domestic travel bookings for the CEO; Attending quarterly board meetings with CEO (maximum 2 nights); Liaison with senior stakeholders and board members; and Governance administration and adherence to compliance requirements.
