We’re partnering with a leading property group to find their next superstar Executive Assistant, and this isn’t your average EA role. You’ll be supporting both the CEO and the Managing Director, managing not just their calendars but their lives, making sure they’re where they need to be, when they need to be there, and ensuring their days run seamlessly. These are busy, driven, high-performing leaders who need someone by their side who’s organised, intuitive, and a joy to work with. You’ll become their go-to person, their sounding board, and the one who makes sure nothing important slips through the cracks. The Role This is a role for someone who can think three steps ahead and thrives in a fast-moving environment. You’ll: Run complex diaries and manage inboxes like a pro. Coordinate travel, meetings, events, and personal appointments. Be the first point of contact for stakeholders, internal and external. Prepare documents, presentations, and correspondence. Anticipate needs and solve problems before they land on the desk. Take on personal tasks that keep their lives running smoothly. About You They are looking for an EA with: Proven experience supporting C-suite or senior executives. A background in the property industry, you’ll understand the pace, the priorities, and the players. Top-tier organisational skills and incredible attention to detail. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A warm, engaging, and positive personality — someone who’s lovely to have around but can also hold their own in high-pressure moments.
