We are seeking an organised and tech-savvy Admin Assistant to jump in and provide immediate support to our team for a short-term temporary assignment (initially 3-5 days per week, with flexibility for the right person), which could be extended/go perm. Your focus? Getting our Kajabi site finalised and polished! This hands-on role is perfect for someone with strong digital skills and a proactive approach who enjoys working across a variety of admin, marketing and HR tasks. Key Responsibilities: Kajabi platform support - move, format and upload content Create and upload images and thumbnails using Canva General marketing support using Hootsuite , ActiveCampaign , WordPress , and Kajabi Support HR consultants with administrative tasks related to client consulting services Provide general office and business administration support What we're looking for: Experience with Kajabi - highly desirable! Proficient in Canva , and confident using tech platforms Previous experience in admin, marketing or HR support Strong attention to detail and great organisational skills Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and get things done Why join us?
