They’re now on the lookout fora Production Assistant/ Product Developer to join their dynamic crew. This role blends creativity with precision, offering the chance to work on both the production process and the creative development of products for high-profile clients. What You’ll Be Doing Production Support – Assist in managing the end-to-end process: tech packs, timelines, liaising with offshore teams, and ensuring deadlines are hit. Quality Control – Check samples, swatches, and final products, resolving any quality issues quickly. Product Development – Support new design concepts, research industry trends, and help bring ideas from sketch to reality. Logistics & Coordination – Oversee sample shipments, deliveries, and maintain accurate records. What They’re Looking For 2 years’ experience in a similar production or product development role within fashion or merchandise. Skilled in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and MS Office. Strong grasp of production processes, from sourcing through to logistics. Creative mindset with great problem-solving skills. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator.
