About the role Hybrid and remote working arrangements available Full time (part time options considered) Ongoing/permanent role $151,689 - $162,077 12% super 17.5% annual leave loading Working within the Marketing and Communications Directorate, the Head of Marketing will be responsible for shaping and delivering Our Watch’s marketing strategy to drive public engagement, influence social change, and strengthen Our Watch’s brand and reputation. This role oversees three key functions - Brand & Content, Campaigns, and Digital - and ensures the organisation’s marketing activities are aligned to Our Watch’s strategic plan. The Head of Marketing will lead the delivery of integrated marketing strategies, including brand management, social marketing, content marketing and digital engagement. About you You will have relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience, with management experience in the corporate or not-for-profit sectors, including experience leading high performing teams, preferably in marketing. You will have strong strategic marketing and brand management skills, and demonstrated experience in coordinating and leading the delivery of campaigns, impactful messaging and digital marketing channels. You are skilled in strategic thinking, planning and implementation, with strong communication, engagement and consultative skills at senior levels. Knowledge/experience in primary prevention, gender equality and government-funded programs is preferred.
