What You'll Own The entire marketing organisation and strategy, including all marketing functions and channels The complete user acquisition and conversion funnel, continuously optimising each stage to increase conversion rates Growth marketing strategy and execution across performance marketing, growth marketing, content marketing, and brand marketing Product-led growth initiatives, collaborating with the Product team to implement growth hacking strategies (focusing on non-product initiatives in the first 3 months) Building and scaling Lyrebird's brand presence to become the most known and trusted AI platform for medical professionals Community development and strategic partnerships to accelerate adoption and advocacy Data-driven testing and optimisation of messaging, user experience, and conversion tactics Marketing communications and touch points for users who don't receive 1:1 sales contact Key Responsibilities Marketing Leadership: Build and lead the marketing organisation, developing comprehensive strategies across all channels and segments Conversion Funnel Optimisation: Own and continuously improve the user journey from the moment they first hear about Lyrebird to their "aha moment" and optimising conversion to paying customer.
