With Watch Discovery Studios in Melbourne, London and New York (opening Q4 2025), and a powerful global content engine, we’re one of the world’s most respected watch media and alternative retail platforms. Now, we’re looking for a strategic and entrepreneurial General Manager – U.S. to lead U.S. expansion. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of commerce, content and community — someone who sees opportunity where others see category fatigue. Based in New York and reporting to our Global General Manager (Melbourne) you'll be the commercial engine and cultural heart of TimeTide in the U.S. What You’ll Do Lead growth by designing and executing our U.S. commercial strategy across e-commerce, retail and media Spearhead the success of our New York Watch Discovery Studio — a first-of-its-kind luxury-meets-media concept space Deliver revenue across branded content, retail collections, events and U.S.-based e-commerce Oversee U.S. P&L, drive profitability, and manage inventory, logistics and Studio operations Represent TimeTide at watch events, connect with collectors and embed us into NYC’s watch culture Inspire, coach and grow a passionate U.S. team aligned with Time Tide’s global vision, mission and culture We’re Looking for Someone Who: Has proven leadership in a commercial or GM role, ideally within luxury or media Understands both digital and physical retail – and how to unify them into one seamless brand experience Has a sharp mind for e-commerce, analytics and marketing performance Loves watches (or is ready to fall hard) and understands the power of community-led growth Is comfortable navigating the worlds of independent brands, collectors, PR and performance marketing Can thrive in a high-autonomy, high-responsibility environment This Role Includes: Ownership of our U.S. e-commerce and Studio sales strategy Collaboration with the CEO (London), GM Global (Melbourne), CTO, CFO, Partnerships, and Content teams Accountability for U.S. business KPIs, budgets, team/talent and brand partner satisfaction Launching and growing our New York Studio into a commercial and cultural destination Why TimeTide?
