We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce System Administrator to lead the management, configuration, and optimisation of our enterprise Salesforce platform, including Marketing Cloud. This role ensures the smooth, secure, and efficient operation of Salesforce to support business processes, user needs, and data integrity. You will also provide hands‑on administration, integration support, and user enablement , helping the organisation get the most from the platform. Key Responsibilities Configure and manage Salesforce environments, including user access, roles, profiles, page layouts, workflows, flows, and dashboards. Maintain data quality and security , including deduplication, validation, and governance controls. Provide user support and training , driving adoption and best practices. Manage release cycles and integrations with other enterprise platforms. Administer Marketing Cloud campaigns (Email Studio, Journey Builder), audience segmentation, and automations. Monitor system performance, usage, and compliance with internal and external standards. What We’re Looking For 3–5 years’ experience as a Salesforce Administrator in medium/large organisations. Experience with Marketing Cloud , Service Cloud , or Experience Cloud . Strong knowledge of Flows, reporting, dashboards , and data migration tools (e.g., Data Loader). Ability to translate business needs into practical Salesforce solutions . Salesforce Certified Administrator (required or within 6 months).
