About the role:  CPA Australia is undergoing an exciting transformation of our learning experience. As part of our evolving CPA Learning Ecosystem, weâre launching a brand-new Learning Management System with member experience at the heart of this initiative. Weâre seeking a talented Senior UX Designer  to join our team and play a pivotal role in this journey. Reporting to the UX Manager, youâll represent the UX capability across the organisationâleading planning, facilitation, and collaboration efforts while applying a broad spectrum of UX methodologies.  This is currently a 12 month contract role  Your key duties include:  Insight-Led Design - Leverage the enterprise journey framework and research and insights during discovery and design to ensure designs are based on customer needs. Create detailed wireframes and interactive prototype s to test design concepts and user flows with users. Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to uncover usability issues and validate design decisions. Provide strong design leadership across key strategic projects and foster a high standard of design capability Contribute to maintaining, evolving and enhancing our design system. Productively collaborate within the Experience, Design and Innovation team and key stakeholders to ensure effective working relationships, engagement, and delivery Clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to cross functional teams  About you:  Demonstrated experience in a senior UX design role with experience across both web and mobile Strong portfolio of UX/Design work and an appetite for continual development with expert facilitations skills Skilled in UX research, design, and execution methodologies, such as user testing, user interviews, surveys, focus groups and data analysis Proven ability to deliver customer-centric iterative product solutions, translating strategy into execution, understanding the big picture, and appreciating the importance of the detail Excellent problem-solving ability, analytical aptitude, and capability to manage competing issues, working to tight deadlines Knowledge of Agile (and Waterfall) frameworks and best practice. Experience with various Agile tools and systems. Thorough, objective and rational decision maker with the ability to understand and deliver on a vision using a DVF approach.
