About the role Rare and exciting opportunity for a driven IT Developer to join this highly successful & well established Melbourne CBD law firm with a cohesive and genuinely collegiate, team-orientated office culture. As a pivotal part of the Digital Legal Services team, this role will require an experienced and highly capable IT Developer to enhance the firm's legal service delivery through Caseflow, their document automation and workflow platform. Primary responsibilities and expertise required Primary responsibilities in this role will include:- technical lead and advocate for Caseflow engage with stakeholders to create and continuously improve Caseflow processes critically assess and reverse engineer business processes document and publish Caseflow developed solutions maintain precedents and templates create and maintain Caseflow SSRS reporting manage Caseflow user licenses train and assist Caseflow users liaise with vendors (as required) maintain cyber security To be successful in this role ideally you will have the following attributes:- Minimum 5 years' law firm experience Advanced Caseflow Development skills Solid understanding of different areas of law Deep understanding, critical thinking and attention to detail Exceptional communication and presentation skills Ability to stay on top of administration tasks and maintain good organisation SQL, SSRS and PowerBI reporting experience not required, but advantageous Let's talk!
