Seeking an experienced CTO / Technical Lead to finalise architecture and guide outsourced developers through MVP delivery. You’ll work directly with the team for multiple enterprise platforms in a hands-on leadership role part strategy, part deep technical oversight. What You’ll Do Own and finalise MVP architecture (API-first, cloud-native, multi-tenant); Define the technical blueprint: backend services, auth strategy, database structure; Lead infrastructure decisions (Azure/AWS/GCP), environment setup, branching strategies; Oversee offshore development across backend, frontend, and integrations; Implement RBAC, audit trails, data separation, and security workflows; Translate product requirements into scalable technical specifications; Review and sign off on AI-driven components, migration agents, and compliance logic; and Perform code reviews, flag risks early, and ensure engineering best practices. You’ll Bring 8 years in engineering, including 2 in technical leadership or architect roles; Proven track record designing secure, scalable SaaS platforms; Proficiency in Python, Node.js, React and modern cloud stacks; Familiarity with multi-region data architecture, API-first design, compliance overlays; Bonus: AI-driven architecture, data migration tooling, regulated software experience; and Strong communicator, steady under pressure, and focused on scalable outcomes.
