Eden Ritchie Recruitment are seeking a Principal Infrastructure Services Officer to provide high-level strategic leadership and advice in the planning and delivery of infrastructure and asset management initiatives that directly impact the optimisation of Queensland school facilities. Rate: $85.78 per hour super Location: Brisbane Contract Length: 2 years Key Responsibilities: Lead planning and development of infrastructure implementation packages in collaboration with school and early childhood communities. Provide strategic advice on infrastructure, planning, and asset management issues to executive stakeholders. Drive policy development, project delivery and continuous improvement in infrastructure services. Build and maintain stakeholder networks to monitor trends and implement consistent planning and infrastructure processes. Prepare ministerial briefings and reports, and support the development of team members. Requirements: Demonstrated experience in infrastructure planning, program management or asset management, ideally in an education or public sector setting. Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, manage complex stakeholder relationships, and influence outcomes. Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in the preparation of high-level advice and briefings. Sound understanding of public sector governance and risk management practices. Desirable: Relevant tertiary qualifications in planning, engineering, project management or related field.
