Your next career opportunity As the HCM Core Systems Support specialist at the University of Melbourne, you'll play a pivotal role in optimising and maintaining the Workday platform for workforce management. You'll be responsible for configuring, enhancing, and troubleshooting this critical system, ensuring it meets the complex needs of a leading higher education institution. Your responsibilities will include: System Optimisation: Configure and build processes in Workday to deliver optimal solutions for the University's workforce management needs. Issue Resolution: Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve integration and production issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to HR operations. Process Improvement: Work closely with HR subject matter experts to define requirements for system enhancements and liaise with developers to implement solutions. Stakeholder Support: Educate and train analysts and business stakeholders on system administration and updates, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You may be a great fit if: You are a certified Workday HCM professional with a strong background in HR SAAS systems, possessing excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex HR requirements into effective technical solutions. You may also: Hold relevant Workday certifications with hands-on experience in implementing and optimising Workday HR solutions. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of software development life cycle activities. Have strong analytical skills and experience in writing and executing requirements, design, development, and testing documents. Possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
