It achieves this by building, supporting and mobilising a dynamic community of change agents, known as Fellows. Fellows begin their AFSE journey with a year of deep learning and personal growth. During this time, they pursue a Master of Social Change Leadership, exploring ideas, perspectives and research from Indigenous scholars, leaders and communities from across the Pacific and beyond.
