About the Role We’re looking for enthusiastic and forward-thinking Occupational Therapists to join our dynamic team at Hindmarsh. In this role, you’ll deliver evidence-based assessments and interventions that support clients in achieving their goals and living life to the fullest. You’ll work with children, teens, and adults facing challenges with: Sensory processing Movement and play Personal care and sleep Vision and independent living skills (e.g., shopping, transport) Your Impact As a Novita Occupational Therapist, you will: Manage a diverse caseload and deliver tailored assistive technology and home modification solutions. Design and evaluate interventions that drive meaningful outcomes. Collaborate across disciplines to provide holistic support. Mentor and guide junior therapists, sharing your expertise. Partner with clients and families to co-create goals and contribute to NDIS planning. Stay at the forefront of your field through regular professional development. Skills And Experiences About You You’re a passionate, client-focused professional with: AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist Experience in a variety of OT interventions and the ability to adapt to individual needs A strong understanding of inclusive, child- and family-centred practices Ability to translate therapy goals into meaningful outcomes across a variety of real-life settings. Remuneration Package and Benefits Total remuneration package includes base salary, annual leave loading and statutory superannuation contribution.
