About the Role We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team at Hindmarsh. In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality, evidence-based services and play a key role in supporting the development of emerging clinicians. You’ll work across a variety of settings, supporting clients with: Sensory processing and movement Personal care, sleep, and independent living skills Assistive technology and home modifications Community-based programs and activities Your Impact As a Senior Occupational Therapist at Novita, you will: Manage a varied caseload, delivering tailored assessments and interventions that align with best practice. Lead program planning, evaluation, and goal-setting in collaboration with clients and families. Integrate services across disciplines to provide holistic, person-centred support. Mentor and supervise Occupational Therapists, providing performance feedback and guidance. Deliver training and education programs to internal staff and external partners. Support student education and, where appropriate, provide direct supervision. Remuneration Package and Benefits Total remuneration package includes base salary, annual leave loading and statutory superannuation contribution.
