About the role – Permanent Fulltime The Senior Manager, Quality plays a key role within the Innovation and Quality Team, reporting to the General Manager Quality – Community and Housing. Working as part of a national, multi-disciplinary team, this role collaborates across clinical care, practice, governance, and innovation to support BaptistCare’s South Australian services. With a strong focus on compliance, safeguarding, and continuous improvement, the role leads strategic quality initiatives, ensures regulatory standards are met, and provides expert advice to executive leadership. Responsibilities include overseeing accreditation, service evaluation, and quality assurance projects that drive high-quality, consumer-centred care. Key responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to: Lead the preparation for external Accreditation frameworks including but not limited to the Quality Improvement Council (QIC) organisational accreditation, the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Audit, Tourism Accreditation and Horse Safety Accreditation. Manage and oversee the work of the local Quality team to ensure priorities are completed to the expected standard and within required timescales. Lead and co-ordinate program annual reviews, quality audits and ensure timely and effective responses to non-compliance or identified risks. You will also have the following skills and experience: Relevant tertiary qualifications in health, human services, social sciences or related discipline. Demonstrated experience and success in quality and compliance leadership within the community, health or human services sector. Strong understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks and standards (e.g., NDIS, Community Services, Child Protection).
