With exciting growth over the last 12 months, we’re looking for a talented Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Morningside and help us inspire and engage our digital community. Waterlily's Digital Marketing Coordinator In this role, you will be a creative storyteller and content producer who brings Waterlily’s content strategy to life. Working closely with the Digital E-Commerce Manager, you will create engaging, on-brand digital content that nurtures our existing audience while attracting and delighting new clients. Your work will elevate our digital client experience, as an online extension of the premium client care offered by our spas, salons, and stockists. As part of Waterlily’s digital team you will: Produce high-quality content for digital platforms - website, EDM, social media and sales collateral Develop, edit and publish engaging content (copywriting, photography, video, graphics) using a consistent brand voice Execute digital campaigns that support product launches, promotions and seasonal activations Produce creative briefs for content creation, own content calendars and content production Assist with scheduling and publishing content across social media platforms Support the Digital Marketing team with optimisation of our online user experience Monitor and engage with our online community across social media Prepare regular reports on digital and eCommerce performance Provide recommendations on improving content engagement and campaign results About you Passionate about the client experience- our team cares deeply about the products we create and community of people that use our products Understand SEO best practices with a customer-first approach to creating content Relevant qualifications or 2 years relevant industry experience Ability to create TikTok, Meta and Pinterest Ad strategies and campaigns Experience publishing content to a CMS - Shopify experience ideal!
