Your key focus areas include: System optimisation to enhance franchisee skills and enable repeatability and revenue/profit growth Compliance and operational excellence initiatives ensuring brand consistency across all locations Training program development covering everything from commercial acumen to customer service excellence Cross-functional collaboration on supply chain optimization and product innovation What Type of Person You Are Currently in a similar role managing multiple franchise locations or a distributed network through a small team you're now ready to step into a challenging national high impact role. You have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving performance across dispersed teams, with experience using KPI-driven methodologies and business planning tools.
