We are looking for a driven and professional Marketing Executive to join a multi-award winning Residential Property Developer. You will develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns for specific Queensland based projects, ensuring delivery of objectives in conjunction with the project team. Tasks & responsibilities: Assist in the growth and management of all social media channels, websites, and landing pages Coordinate with the company graphic designer to create marketing & sales collateral, including brochures, EDMs, presentations, research reports, and other materials. Put together marketing budgets and timelines Attend team and client marketing meetings Arrange events, styling and promotional activities Manage CRM and communication with clients Manage the company website Book marketing and manage approvals and deadlines Attend marketing meetings, take minutes and drive actions Prepare pitch documents and new client proposals Arrange signage installation Manage various external agencies and suppliers. Management of marketing team planner/WIP to keep track of all critical priorities.
